Part-Time and Full-Time Remote Contact Center Agents

Our Chattanooga location is a full-service Customer Service Call Center, servicing our customers 24/7/365. We are seeking 5 professional, reliable, staff members to provide Exceptional Customer Service. We promote from within whenever possible and are seeking people who have what it takes to advance within the company.

We service our clients 24/7/365 and are searching for several highly dependable, energetic, responsible, enthusiastic people to join our Contact Center team!

A Perfect Opportunity for:

· College students

· Recent graduates

· People getting back into the work force

· Individuals starting out in Customer Service

· Professionals utilizing their Customer Service skills to enhance their career opportunities

Responsibilities:

· Provide Exceptional customer service

· Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls following appropriate scripts based on customer needs

· Document customer data into appropriate database

· Must be able and flexible with scheduling

· Work a minimum of one weekend shift (Sat or Sun) per week

· Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

· High School diploma

· Previous Customer Service experience

· Computer Savvy

· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability and willingness to deal with high stress fast pace situations

· Able to make sound/common sense decisions

· Self-starter capable of working individually and as a strong contributor to the team

· Dependable

· Punctual

· Professional

· Positive, Can-Do Attitude

· Great Team Player
